Description
NEmulation is a pack of .NET written libraries primarly written in C# language. It provides a collection of open source classes, functionality, and implementation for creating any kind of virtual machine application in written in .NET. This will include verbose debugging and management of resources and still maintain full performance for release code. This framework assumes you are an experienced programmer and understand virtualization because the purpose of this project is to provide a base structure for your program without the hassle starting from scratch.
